How long does it take to ship the bags?
It depends on the destination and the type of shipping you select at check-out. For shipping options in Italy, it can take between 48 hours to 4 working days once the order has been processed. For shipping options in the EU, there are slight variations from shippings to Italy. International shipping option times depend on how far the destinations are to the original shipping country. For orders that are “made to order”, allow at least between 2-4 more working days from when the order has been processed.
How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is excluded from the price of the bag. The shipping cost range is generally between €8,48-€18,00, depending on the destination. For example express shipping to Italy is €8,48. Any additional customs charges for overseas shipments are to be payed by the receiver.

We ship to Italy, EU countries, the United Kingdom and other International shipping options. You can see all shipping options in the check-out section.
What if I am not satisfied with the order?
No problem, you have a 14 day return policy. If you are unhappy with the bag, you can either get a full refund or change the bag with another one you prefer. If the size of the bag changes, the money will either be partly refunded if it is smaller, or additional charges will be added if it is larger. Some additional return charges will be applied that range between €3-€20. This price may differ depending on the shipping location.
Only bags that are returned with all of their original packaging and that have been unused can be returned. A return label will be sent to you via email to be newly printed and placed on the parcel. Please use the same packaging with which the bags arrived.
